  • This company is great. I had been having AC problems for a week or so and another company was telling me I had to replace the unit. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and a friend referred me to Silver State. All I can say is they were nothing short of amazing. I used their online option to set an appointment and not less that 10 minutes after I submitted that I got a phone call and had an appointment set for the very same day. Also they inquired if I minded if a news crew from Channel 3 filmed while their tech worked on my AC unit. I had no problem with that and now my AC unit is a TV star. On top of that they gave me a discount for allowing the TV crew to come out. The diagnoses of my AC unit was that it had a bad capacitor. There was no need to replace the entire unit. This made my day! I had a feeling the unit did not need to be replaced but the fact it was only a capacitor really blew my mind. I am glad there are still honest businesses like this one out there. Thanks so much Silver State! You are the best and I will refer you to anyone.
