  • I got my boyfriend an engraved flask for Christmas from this store. I would give this place just one star based on the astoundingly bad customer service I experienced. The second comes only because I was happy with the end result. What a misery! Me: "I'd like to get a flask engraved" Clerk: ...blank stare Me: " Can I look at them?" Clerk: (raises one eyebrow) Me"...are all the cases locked, or...?" Clerk: (scoffs) "Obviously" (rolls eyes) Overall not just poor service during a busy time, but downright hostile. Next time I need something engraved (???) I will plan ahead and find somewhere else ( I would have walked out had I not been in a huge hurry). After reading the other posts I know I should not take it personally, however I will never go back.
