I would actually give them a five star review based on the first few days. It was the shockingly bad treatment on the last day that made me never want to go there again. I had back fusion surgery on Thursday. Don't remember much that day. I was struggling with nausea and low grade fevers. When they took me off IV fluids Saturday, I couldn't pee, so they hooked me back up. Sunday it was hard to get a nurse. When I did, I told them I wasn't feeling good about tackling the 3- 1/2 drive home. PT told me I was getting around well enough to be released. I agreed with that - but I was still concerned about not passing fluids and about how painful the drive would be. An administrator came in and told me they were releasing everybody else so they wanted me to leave. They didn't seem to understand (or care) that another day of healing can make a big difference. Then they told me I had to get out in ten minutes because they were changing shifts. We booked a room an hour from the hospital and then had to stop and get pain meds - it was torture and I was crying while I waited.
It was literally the worst day of my life. I wrote to the hospital and apparently they think it's fine to put a person who has just had major surgery through that kind of physical and emotional pain cause I have heard nothing back.
Don't go there if you think they will put your recovery ahead of their bottom line
