  • Walking in the room to see mid covered pocket change on the bed, dryer sheets in the vents and soda cup lids on the floor didn't do much to make me think highly of Bally's. Beds are obviously old, room (especially bathroom) shows a lot of wear and it's a notch above Riviera... Which is being demolished soon if that helps you get what I mean. Concierge staff is nice, but overall I'll be back at Mandalay.
