  • UPDATE: after my review I was immediately contacted by the staff and apologized for the mess up with the order. They gave me complimentary drinks and a shaved snow when I came back in. They did everything they could to make sure my friends and I were taken care of and I truly appreciated that! Their products are great, I got the honey green tea, my friends and I shared the chocolate and strawberry shaved snow. Thank you for being so kind and showing us awesome customer service this time around! Tried this place for the first time, the mung bean milk tea boba was good. My friend got a green tea shaved ice which was good as well. I'm giving three stars because of the service. They rang us up for the wrong orders because the cashier wasn't paying attention. Then we waited over 15 min for the shaved ice and realized they didn't even start the order because the workers were too busy fooling around and chatting with friends. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but they seemed as if they were not paying attention and they weren't communicating properly. No excuse for that.
