  • I have been going to this gym for over a year and it has been perfect for me. Every gym has its differences which might not meet your specific needs but I would highly recommend giving this establishment a try. About this gym: It is a cozy gym where there are limited amount of members and what I enjoy about this restriction is that it is never over crowded and you feel a sense of family when you are there. The well maintained equipment is mostly available for use and you are not constantly being disturbed by someone who wants to chat. I go to the gym for fitness not to socialize. Also, every member knows each other (at least their face; I'm not good with name lol) which makes it safe. I have left my phone, bag, clothes, keys, and other property and no one would take them. The gym also has an empty room that you can use to do yoga, stretch, and other exercises that do not require equipment. The gym also hosts different fitness classes in this room. The short fall of this gym is that there is a limited amount of space which may be an issue for more advanced fitness rats. I personally wish we can have access to a swimming pool but that is definitely not a deal beaker for me. Bottom line: This gym is perfect for anyone who works downtown and want a lifestyle change without feeling intimidated by crowds or bodybuilders. It has done wonders for me! I lost nearly 100 pounds and couldn't have done it without this gym. Thank you Wayne!
