  • I contacted Patrick about removing a cable wire from my roof awning. The HOA wanted it gone, but I didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the roof. I emailed Patrick for a quote and he got back to me within a couple of hours. He was honest - said he was busy that week, but might be able to fit me in since it was a small job. I confirmed a day and time with him later in the week. In short, he showed up on time and was able to do the job in about 15 minutes! He also gave me a discount on his rate since it didn't take him that long. Highly recommended!
