| - After a recent menu overhaul, RCP has become a hidden gem downtown and a hotspot for fresh, seasonal food. Standard pizzas and italian fare have been replaced with inventive items that will impress even the most adventurous of eaters such as: beef heart tartare, chicken and oyster pizza, crudo, winter squash pizza, roasted shishito peppers, spinach salad with gorgonzola, kushi oysters, brussel sprouts...I could go on!!
The tartare is amazing, mixed with capers, an aioli, and egg yolk, serve with toasted baguette. The pizza crust is the perfect combination of crispy and chewy, topped with roasted and pickled squash, all warm and creamy! The BEST part however, is the insaneeeee beer available here! I always find something new and surprising that I've never had before. Chef Sean, previously of Rose.Rabbit.Lie is about to unveil some new homemade pastas as well I hear.....YUM.
