  • Cafe Monarch is the best restaurant we've been to in Scottsdale. Ambiance was cozy and romantic, service was excellent, and food was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed each course of the New Year's Eve menu. Our waiter, a sommelier, was clearly passionate about the restaurant. Would go back in a heartbeat! Also- my husband and I are gluten free, which is often an inconvenience when eating out. Not only did our waiter assure us that he could accommodate any dietary restriction, he also explained how each course would be modified to make it gluten free! Hoorah!!
