  • I had Cox Internet for my business and I set up auto pay so I did not have to deal with monthly bills. 3 years later I find out that they changed my monthly billing from $85.00 a month to $293.00 2 years into the service without contacting me and ripping me off for over $2,000! What kind of company does this to its customers. Uneacceptable! They refused to reimburse me. Think twice before using Cox if you have other options.
