  • I used Purrfect Pet Doors about 6 months ago and am so pleased with my Hale Pet Door. At first I was put back by the price of these doors but Eddie highly recommended them. He did say though that he would install any door I wanted to buy, but that Hale would be the best since it is practically indestructible and has a lifetime warranty. I had one person come out before him that told me that I could not place the doggy door where I wanted it, so glad I got a second opinion from a professional cause Eddie made it happen where I wanted and since he knows about building and carpentry, he knew it would be safe to install the door in the location that I wanted. He explained everything to me prior to install and answered many concerns and questions I had. I am so happy with the look and quality of my door. He had recommended cleaning the flaps once a month with warm water and soap to prevent cracking. I love my Hale Pet Door and glad I used Purrfect Pet Doors for the install.
