To me this is a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde establishment. Sometimes it's fine and other times, it's scary. For big events this place can be the place to be. The Seahawks take it over for away games in Phoenix. Ohio State took over for the football playoffs. My Gonzaga friends had fun there for the final four. Without big time events, this place is dog shit. Went in on a normal Wednesday night during old car night and there were about 4 people in the place. Sat at the bar 10 minutes with no bartender in sight. 2 cocktail waitresses stood in the service area totally ignoring our presence. The bartender finally surfaced and was an ass hole. Got a beer and moved to the patio where we were again invisible. Sat with empty glasses as a waitress wiped down some tables not seeing our hails for more beer. Hint - look at the customers. Those tables aren't going anywhere. Especially when there are 4 people in the place. Try to sell something! We shouldn't have to beg for service. There are 4 people in the place! We finally got a beer and put a $20 down for the $12 dollar tab and the inattentive waitress actually asked us if we wanted change? No, Honey, we're dying to tip you $8.00 for being completely shitty. You and the ass hole bartender.
Next time I stopped in for a non-event beer, the place stunk so bad with a sewer smell, we left. Hostess said they had a "deep cleaning" the day before and that was the smell. They must have deep cleaned the sewer. Maybe this place makes enough money on the special events at the stadium, hockey arena and Westgate to keep in business cause I don't see it on an everyday basis. The place sucks.
