  • Worst public transportation system I have ever used. It would be faster for me to ride my bike where I want to go if it wasn't so damn hot here. Buses are always late adding 20-30 minutes to your commute time for every bus you have to take. Bus drivers are constantly rude to their customers if there is even an interaction. Today I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the 19 connector on 19th avenue. The first bus never showed up and then 3 19 connector buses came one after the other. 10 passengers needed to catch the 19th South that was across the street from the connector. Did the driver wait for these 10 passengers? No of course not. Now we all had to wait another 20 minutes for the next bus. 40 minutes added to our commute! Get it together Valley Metro.
