  • After limping my house's 19 year-old leaky AC system along, it was finally time for a replacement. I got 5 bids, including Sterling. They came recommended by a coworker. Their bid was competitive and Vince came after 6 pm, so I could be here to ask questions. They bid Carrier, which was on my list of preferred brands. Communication prior to install was timely and thorough, answering all my questions. Vince responded to texts and calls right away. Install of both units was nearly completed in 1 day (a LONG day for 3 guys-Vince, Bill and Francisco), with minor work needed the next day. The system ran great, but Bill still come back for tweaking after a few weeks. He says he has 15 years of AC installs, and I believe it. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys. They are hard workers and really have the customer in mind...a combination not so easy to find anymore.
