  • Horrible Experience... We stopped by Rudys BBQ on our way home from California (Disneyland). I asked to taste the Prime Rib and it was horrible, I had to spit it out due to not being able to chew it. My normal order at the Chandler location is 1 pound of Moist Brisket and 1/2 pound of Prime Rib but due to the poor Prime Rib quality I only ordered 1.5 pounds of Moist Brisket. The Brisket was far from Moist and near as inedible as the Prime Rib. I ended up tossing my entire order 1.5 pounds of Moist Brisket in the trash when I got home. My kids both ordered pork sandwiches that were not much better but pouring on tons of sauce made them edible for them. The rest of our party (we had 8 in total) follows my lead with moist brisket and were disappointed as well. Very poor experience. I love the Chandler location and I have never had a poor experience there but this location needs help.
