  • My mom has a fixed income and a 47 year old ac unit. I was worried someone would try to gouge her and I was beyond please that Steven was able to replace a capacitor. The best part is he was very polite and friendly and explained everything to my mother and didn't try to upsell her on anything! This kind of service is how you earn customers for life!
