  • I also was forced to use this company by home warranty. My experience is exactly the same as the previous reviewers. No Customerservice whatsoever. They don't return phone calls when they say they will. The tech who came out was inexperienced but did his best. Took two weeks to repair my a/c. That includes 3 no shows by the tech. Don't use this company
