  • The worst customer service ever. I went there to buy a gun. Ok, I waited in line for about an hour, okay, it's Black Friday, they're busy. My number is called, I select a gun, they tell me to wait another hour. I go have lunch, two hours go by. Three open positions to check you out for a firearm. I talk to Tim, a manager and Steve, ask them why my counter went from 65th in line to 50th, then 75th then 85th. Compete crap...they did nothing to help out, like get the managers to fill the three empty spots. I walked and will never spend another minute in Cebala's again. Done!
