| - I don't normally write bad reviews, but I just couldn't keep quiet about this. If you value your health, time, and money, don't go here.
I decided to give this place a chance because it was really close to home. When I called in to book an initial appointment, the lady over the phone told me Cindy was not going to be available for awhile. I wanted to see Cindy because 1) All the positive reviews were about Cindy, and 2) the clinic is called CINDY LIM for a reason.
When I told her that I wanted to get treated for my recurring allergy problems, she scoffed over the phone and told me that literally anyone could see me, not just Cindy. Her nonchalant attitude about my health was really offensive to me, but I decided to let it slide and allow the lady to schedule me with another doctor anyways (Strike 1).
After my initial session, I scheduled for 4 more recurring appointments since it was recommended by this doctor. The week that followed however, I got a called from the receptionist because the doctor was sick and needed to reschedule. Since I didn't want to miss a week from my 4 week session, I begrudgingly scheduled with another doctor for that week. Just before my 2nd appointment however, I got another call AGAIN that this new doctor was ill and had to cancel too (Strike 2).
At this point, I figured that since I had a few recurring appointments, I suppose I will have to skip 1 week and return the following week. Just this morning, I received a call YET AGAIN letting me know that my appointment for tomorrow would be cancelled and the receptionist asked if I'm ok with coming in today. I begrudgingly agreed even though it really was not in my interest to go in today (Strike 3).
A few hours later, I called back because the schedule just did not work out for me to go on such short notice. Only this time I find out that today will be my doctor's LAST DAY of work. If I wanted to continue my sessions, it would be with a new doctor. I would have to go through another 1.5 hours meeting this new doctor, telling them my health problems, and being reacquainted. (Strike 4).
I'm fuming and can't believe how unprofessional they are.
Bad service like this does not deserve to be given a second chance, let alone 4 chances.
If you value your money, time, and HEALTH, go somewhere else where they will take your health seriously. Don't let a receptionist scoff at you over the phone just because she thinks your health problems is not equivalent to other health concerns. Also, don't let them belittle your time by cancelling your appointments on short notice even though you're on a treatment schedule.
