  • The level of service and professionalism of Desert Autoplex's service department wasn't great. We purchased a brand new motorhome in June and immediately started having problems with issues that should have been caught during their initial inspection. What followed was a nightmare from their service department. Three trips to service and the things we need fixed under warranty were never addressed. They blamed the facotry for not authorizing the changes so we called the factory directly and got them taken care of ourselves. Nobody answers the phones, nobody calls back, and they don't do good work.
