When we first had our son here it was great. Heather ran things great she followed state regulations. The last several moths we were here they had a lot of staff changes. El Donna and Tom do not follow state regulation and do not address concerns. Child/teacher ratio is always off and because of that the children suffer. They couldn't go outside to play at times, cleanliness was an issue, changing table in the ones class was not wiped down after each use and before another child was placed on to be changed. I saw the teacher after snack time use 1 rag to wipe all their hands and faces. Our son had pink eye 3 times and multiple respiratory issues Croup and RSV twice while here. The communication is terrible. Would hardly ever get a daily report I asked on multiple occasions to please put down how long his nap was and if he had a BM. One time I found out the next day they had given medication the day before.
I asked for a schedule of what the children are supposed to do throughout the day and was told they do not have one. It is a daycare strictly an adult supervising the kids. They played with one another they are not stimulated, the teachers do not interact they "watch" them (play with their hair, sit and have a snack, feed our sons chips which they did not ask if that was ok we do not feed him chips at home) I will say I had a good experience with the babies teacher Kaley she was wonderful and Melissa in the ones. I referred 3 other parents for their children and they have all pulled their children out as well.
