  • If I could give this place no star I would, but that's not an option. The female manager is so rude and incompetent. She doesn't listen to the customer. I had to repeat information 3-4 times before she got it right. Finally, I gave up trying to replace my battery by warranty and told her just sell me a new one. Then she argued about it because it was expensive. I needed the battery so I had no choice at that point because the old one was out of the car already. Then I had to repeat all my info again. She knew Spanish as she spoke it with another sales person in the store. When I told her my last name she acted like she didn't know how to spell it. So I spelled it out. The she stated, Oh ***** with the Spanish accent which I didn't use as I'm Caucasian. It was as if she was belittling me for not enunciating the name correctly. She hands me the receipt and walked away. I had to ask if that was all. She then said yes. She never thanked me for spending my money there. Their batteries are warrantied for 5 years and mine only lasted 1 year. I know it's hot in AZ but that's ridiculous. I will never buy from autozone again! And that woman needs to be fired!!!!!
