  • The noise in the area is out of control. We've stayed here several times in the past few months and EVERY morning there's heavy equipment, blaring music, or some other absurd noise VERY EARLY in the morning. As I write this it is 8:30 am and they have been blowing leaves in the area between buildings for the past half hour. Yesterday it was jackhammers. Three weeks ago it was some sort of marathon blasting music at 7:00 am. I have no issues with the hotel or staff, but their unwillingness to communicate with the businesses next door on behalf of their guests is BAD customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again
