Underwhelming Italian restaurant. When I looked at the menu and the mid-range prices, I expected a cozy little gem. It is neither cozy nor gemmy. The atmosphere is as lackluster as the servers and food.
Rigatoni was highly recommended (over the lasagna) by the server. Pasta was chewy and dry due to the scant amount of sauce. As much as I love garlic, it's way over used...to the point of drowning out the flavors of any other spices or the meat. The ricotta survived the garlic tsunami only because it was in volcanic-sized dollops.
At $21 a person, for pasta and a beverage (no cocktails), I fail to understand the rave reviews. There are numerous and far better options in Vegas, several in that vicinity.
