  • My review is about the service we received in the installation bay. We purchased an aftermarket car alarm system. Mike (the technician) was super knowledgeable and had the car done when it was estimated (even though there was an issue with disabling the factory alarm). I was thoroughly impressed with the work and will keep them in mind for future service. The only thing that was a bit difficult was reaching someone by phone - no matter when you called the bay. This was a bit frustrating, but when I finally reached someone the customer service was up to par.
