  • Richard and Alan, man, these guys are the bomb. I have used UHaul multiple times over the past 17 years. Multiple times, in multiple states, for multiple purposes. *THIS* UHaul center blew the rest of them away. I had just finished a long cross country trip. Moving is stressful. Always. No matter how much assistance you receive. You're uprooted and everything is in limbo. When I arrived in Vegas and was prepared to receive my U-box upon its delivery, I was told it was delayed. The next day, same story. It arrived three days late, at no fault of UHaul. Still, UHaul reimbursed me a portion of the cost. Next problem? When making my reservation online, I entered that I drive a Mazda2, and I was told I could hook a trailer to this vehicle. NOT SO, said UHaul Vegas. So I'm going to have to spend more money just to get it home? NO! UHaul Vegas hooks me up, details withheld, but I was very please. Beyond happy. THANK YOU. An otherwise stressful situation at the end of a long journey, made right and with supreme courtesy and respect by Alan and Richard. Richard was even present after hours to receive the truck when I returned it. He didn't even bat an eye at my barking dog! UHaul not only made things right with decency and apologies for inconvenience, but they provided a warm welcome to my new neighborhood. Can't thank you all enough. Many many *many* thanks.
