  • HORRIBLE customer service!!! I feel that they hire people from Craig's List. The lady who answers the phone has the worst customer service and she will refuse to give you her name. The so-called tech that came out told me the WRONG way how to clan my machine. All around, a shady company that has no business coming into homes. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
