  • Well I am not a runner. I am an older woman who walks to work but I don't expect they get many people of my generation. I have tried twice and they only want to sell me granny shoes. However today October 15th 2016 was my worst ever experience to date. The sales staff was argumentative, defensive, and talked me out of every shoe possible. She never even asked my shoe size LOL. Clearly ageism happening here and really rude. As she argued with me and I was asking if I could please try on a shoe and she kept arguing. I just put on my shoes and my husband I walked out. Too bad because they are in our neighbourhood. Off to MEC or Sherway next. Will never go back for shoes unless with our kids who fit the age and look that the sales staff can relate to.
