  • Kem Coba is some of the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. While there are no shortages of great ice cream in NYC, while on vacation to Montreal my boyfriend I decided to stop into Kem Coba as it was recommended to us. While we were waiting in line, we noticed that everyone in front of us was ordering the same thing -- unusual, but promising. It was the only soft-serve item on the menu, and visually, it was stunning: a twirly twist of thick, custardy rose and lychee ice cream with soft raspberry sorbet. When I read the flavor off the menu I knew I had to have it too! The flavors were incredible -- you could tell that everything was made from real fruit and not artificial flavors. I cannot recommend Kem Coba enough. It's been a few days since we had it and we're still thinking about it!
