  • These guys have done work for us at our home and place of business. I've had enough. They never show up within the window of time THEY specify, and they often forget to show up at all. Admittedly, if and when they do show up, their work is good and quick enough but 8 to 10 in the morning does not mean 3 in the afternoon. Certainly not without at least a courtesy telephone call. Yesterday they never showed up at all....this wasn't the first time and they haven't shown up so far today. We'll try someone else. We have a business to run and a life.
