| - This restaurant, what can I say? They have a location no one in the entire Las Vegas and Henderson have, amazing on the Lake for lunch, Sunset, evening, romantic, or family. Their food is absolutely good. I cannot say it is a high-end gourmet, but I loved every bite I took and we enjoyed our meal to the max. You go to a place like this to see Vegas from a different angle and not necessarily from the strip or viewing a parking lot.
So why only three stars? The idea of seating on the Lake is to get fresh air. As we walked out to the patio where is the only and best place to sit in order to get the best experiences of the restaurant, it smelled horrible. The entire patio smelled like standing water or like a huge fish tank that has never been cleaned. When we looked up at the covered patio it looked as though it is full of mold and smelled like it. When we looked straight towards the glass windows that were shut closed --- hundreds of mosquitoes covered the glass from the inside of the restaurant!! We asked the server to open the window and as she pushed against it, all the mosquitoes flu around the restaurant (needless to say we felt the tropical atmosphere LOL) then a rustic sound from the window but finally it was open. Only then, we saw the trash outside the window floating on the water against the rocks. It was a Friday afternoon and we were planning to stay for the sunset, we left when we were done and saw the sunset from home. I wish they would have fixed this throughout the winter so it would have been perfect now for the nice evenings...
