  • I'm not surprised this place has bad reviews. I just went in there for some basic photocopies of my passport... the old guy was extremely rude and tried to charge me $1 per page saying that "photocopies are only when you bring a piece of paper and insert it into the machine. What you want is scanning. If you did it at home, you'd have to buy a scanner" I said "how come when I go to Grand & Toy they only charge me 10 cents?" old guy: "Well this is how we do it here, if you want that you go to them." Ended up going to Staples, got the same thing done for 8 CENTS per page. What a ripoff, UPS. And FU crazy old man!!!!!!
