  • I realize this is a long review but worth reading before you book with this hotel!!!! Awful costumer service!!! To start with our A/C was terribly designed and our room was staying super super hot. When we called the front desk to ask about maybe a fan or moving rooms they had no intention to fix the problem. It wasn't until the second day, after calling and calling the front desk that they finally agreed to move us only to add a $75 up charge and make us spend the whole day waiting for the room key, wasting a whole day of our vacation to solve this issue. Though the second room was better, The owner of the hotel was so unprofessional and very sarcastic. The attitude of each staff member we spoke with was awful! There was always a long line of complaining customers at the front desk. Our room was NEVER once serviced by the maids even after asking for towels I was told I had to wait two hours until after lunch. And to top off our experience they charged an extra $140 worth of taxes at the end of our visit which was not mentioned in the original price given when booking. We have never had such a bad experience with a hotel and as a military family we travel a LOT!
