They really need to work on their customer service skills here, as well as their professionalism. They had one guy behind the counter goofing around making irritating, childlike noises. When he asked to help me, I said yes that he could take his job more seriously & stop making those noises. He continued even more but in a subdued way. I mentioned It to the shift supervisor, but I could tell she could care less otherwise she would've told him to shut up earlier. Then they couldn't make my strawberry frappacino right. It tasted like blended milk with a slight taste of strawberry. She made it again for me. I tasted it in front of her & it was pretty much the same. I have always gotten these & they've never ever tasted like that. I don't get why they can't make it right. I just got my money back in the end. Also they put their desserts and other food away a little bit early. They were closing in 30 minutes. They should've had that food out like other stores.
