This review is for lunch. When you arrive at The Mission you enter into what looks like a very nice restaurant with attractive decor, comfortable seats and a quiet, refined atmosphere. But you get your first of three disappointments when the menu comes. There are very few options -- six varieties of street taco, four tortas, a hot dog, and roasted chicken. There are a number of sides and starters; perhaps you should make a meal of these??
The second disappointment is the portion size. The guacamole, advertised by our server as "for the table" is about one small avocado's worth. The tacos are tiny - a single byte of filling in each of three. The sides are not much bigger.
The third disappointment is the price. $12 for the guacamole, $10 for the three bytes of taco, $6 for a small portion of fries? Really? Mission, you are nowhere near that good.
