  • I have been coming to this bank for about 2 years now and for the most part the employees have always been helpful and polite. My main gripe with this particular branch is their drive thru. Every time I have a simple transaction to do, like make a deposit/withdrawal I have to wait FOREVER. First, there is never anyone at the window..so you wait...then after you initiate whatever you need to do the person disappears for a very long time. I am not sure what their procedures are here, but it is not working.
