  • We had two stretch limo rides booked - one went well, the other went poorly. On our way in to Vegas, we had changed our pick up time, but it obviously didn't get communicated because they still had our old ride time on file. We had to go find the desk ourselves, and they tried to put us in a sedan instead of the stretch we had booked. We ended up waiting around on the curb for 20 minutes while they dispatched a new limo. Not exactly luxury service. The ride from the hotel back to the airport was great, and the driver went out of his way to ask about our trip, and made an extra stop at the Vegas sign which we had missed during our stay. He was pleasant and friendly, showed up early to the hotel, and was not in a rush to get rid of us. I'm undecided if we will use this company again. There are so many alternatives, why risk another bad experience, even if it was only one way?
