i'm going to give le pho four stars simply because the food is amazing. Unfortunately the service, as what happens to a lot of new restaurants in downtown Las Vegas, was very lacking. Very subpar. On my first visit I had the vegan spring rolls and what seems to be their signature dish: the bahn mi dipped in pho broth with taro chips. it was like a Vietnamese French dip and was a great value... one of the best things i've ever eaten!
on both visits my friend got the vegan pho which is not listed on the menu and neither is the vegetarian option.
I can easily say that this is the best pho for spa I've ever had in my life and this is definitely the best pho in Vegas.
BUT we need to discuss the service. First time around she did not know what vegetables were in the pho. this happened also on the second time around in addition during my second visit our waitress, who is a different waitress then my first visit, did not know the types of sake they had or types of beer they had, or the differences between beer. Both times it took a very long time to get water, attention, menus for the check. from my point of view, it seems like these are all the servers' first serving jobs. very unfamiliar with the menu.
