  • Attitude, attitude, attitude. I requested a Shellac manicure, and the girl who was told to do my nails seemed less than impressed. I generally bite my cuticles due to a terrible habit I have, and requested she clean my cuticles properly. She barely cleaned my nails!! She could tell I was not happy, and so instead of doing her job properly like I requested, she just gave me MORE attitude!!! I'm sorry, but these people know nothing about decent customer service when there are plenty of other nail salons I could have simply walked into (and which I will next time). They should think twice before giving their well-paying customers major attitude. Sorry you have such a shitty job, but I didn't pay for you to pout in my face and roll your eyes every time I look down at my cuticles to see that you're doing such a bad job. I'm paying you!! I wanted to walk out of that place half-way through the manicure process, but I didn't want to cause a scene. I can't believe I even tipped this girl... I felt bad for her.... However, once she was done with me she quickly disappeared into a back room and had to WAIT for her to come out to get her tip. PATHETIC. $30 for a Shellac manicure, and I'm never coming back.. Either this place re-evaluate how they treat their customers or fire those who could give two shits about their job.
