  • I had the worst experience in this place few months ago, with Dr. Dulat. I waited for an hour more than my appointment time to get to see him. I went there for some rash in my neck; he took a look for 10 seconds and told me he was going to write me a cream, and come back if it doesn't work. He wasn't paying attention at all, and was rushing to get out of the examination room before I asked him the questions I had in my mind.
