  • The host and the staff at the pickup counter are horribly inefficient and unhelpful! When you preorder food and are promised a pick up time in 30 mins there is no reason that you should have to wait another 17 mins for your food so the guy behind the counter can "get it ready." This is unacceptable and not how I have come to expect to be treated by Buffalo Wild Wings. As a patron of many years I was shocked by this suboptimal and lazy service.
