  • Just to warn everyone, this location does NOT TAKE GROUPONS, as so RUDELY yelled at me on the phone by the owner (yes, the owner, who has little to no patience for customer service...) On Groupon, this location is listed first, with the address and phone number being at the top of the list. I had called a few days ago, told them I had a Groupon, and scheduled an appointment for an A/C recharge for 11:00am today. My husband goes, and is promptly turned away, with the owner saying his name isn't even in the system as having an appointment. I double checked the number I called, and it was that one, so who knows what happened... anyway, he literally turned him away. Now I used to run a Groupon for my business. I know how much of a pain in the ass they can be. BUT. I also understand that they can help create customers when treated well, and can help business in some degree. Not with this guy. I called him to ask why he wouldn't accept it, and he got so frustrated at me through the phone, pretty much yelled at me that he won't take it, he takes them at ALL other locations, but not that one. I said I had made an appointment, he said I didn't tell him it was a Groupon. (I did... that was literally the first thing I said) He said "well why isn't his name in the system if you called?" ...um, you're the owner, you tell me... Apparently, he has tried to get that location off of Groupon for weeks. Okay, again, I understand that, I know how annoying it can be to deal with them. But at this point, when I'm honestly trying to just inform you that it's still listed first, maybe take a deep breath and try to work something out? Instead of interrupting and refusing service, earning you a 1 star Yelp review...? To top it all off, while he was yelling at me on the phone, he says "I have another Groupon customer right in front of me, and I can't do anything to help them either." ...wow. Just wow. Some owner, huh? My husband called the Sunset location, who said (very politely) "yes of course we can take care of it, come on down." No trouble, no yelling, no frustration. Just good customer service. Go figure.
