  • Took my sons iphone into the store to get the battery replaced. He made the appt. yet Apple had no record of an appointment. They refused to help me since he wasn't present. What a joke, we weren't going to make changes we were only replacing their defective battery. They don't even have the batteries in stock and don't know when they will be getting them. Thank you Apple for the wonderful experience. This review is one star too many.
