  • I'm not a fan of going to the dentist at all as I don't like anything about it (the feeling, the sound, the smell, etc.). But I knew it was time for a cleaning and a general check up on my teeth. I picked this place mainly for proximity reasons. When I entered the clinic, I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk. The wait was not long, and after filling out the initial paperwork, I was called in. They did a full examination with X-Rays and pictures and Dr. Piccoli took the time to thoroughly explain to me what needed to be done. Next was the cleaning. One of my worst fears... However, my dental hygienist was fantastic! She did such a thorough cleaning and she was such a great attitude and just such a joy to be around. She kept asking to see whether I was doing and feeling okay. At the end of the cleaning, she gave clear and thorough instructions on how to clean and maintain my teeth. And as I walked up to the front desk to pay, she gave me a big hug! The front desk lady processed all my paperwork for benefit claims. I wasn't sure what my maximum claim amount was and she offered to call my insurance to confirm the amount. She did this very promptly and the very next day I got an email from her with the confirmed amount. Overall, such a great experience. I don't think I will ever enjoy going to the dentist, but the people at this clinic make this terrifying experience for me just SO much better. Highly recommend this place.
