  • Horrible service. I called to make the first appointment for my car that I purchased here and the service person was incredibly rude. I told him I had 4 things I needed fixed and he just kept interrupting me saying to just make an appointment and bring it in. I asked for a loaner and he said he would give me one since the service would take 2 to 3 hours. I show up the next morning for my appointment and the grumpy service person tells me he doesn't know how long it will take but no more than 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I asked for my loaner and he basically got upset and said "who told you that? What was his name?" After him huffing and puffing he finally gave me the loaner that was promised. Still hearing nothing I went back 3 hours later only to find they haven't touched my car. The different service person's answer when I told him my service at South Charlotte Hyundai was much better was "we do 80 cars a day and they do 30". That pretty much says it all. He just came back over again to apologize for the rude employees and his answer was everyone has a bad day thinking that was an excuse. Given the other reviews on here, I highly doubt that is the case.
