  • I was very disappointed tint eh service from this company. The girl in the front office is rude and not customer friendly at all. They had to replace a water heater with my home warranty. The heater was under warranty and therefor had to return it first to get another on. The tech stated he can not come back to the next day. I called the office and asks if they can have him come by at the end of the day. she was very rude and say he can't and if i did not like it i could get another company to do the work. The next day by noon no word or call. i called her and she said he was not coming because i did not schedule for him to come. I told here she has not completed the current work order why will i need to schedule something they have not finished. i asked to speak to the owner and she would not give me their name and said she will leave him a message. I told her that i was coming down there to del with this in person. a few minutes later the tech called and said he will be over. The tech was very nice and apologized for the office personal. I gave him a tip to buy some lunch and thanks him for his help. He said the girl never called him. He came by because he agreed to complete the work the day before.
