Horrendous experience here. Got dropped off by an Uber driver and walked in. No lines or waiting, I was the only person there, and now I understand why. I was walking up to the desk after no acknowledgement whatsoever that I had entered the lobby when the phone rang. The employee answered while I stood seemingly invisible while I waited for him to finish his phone call. Once that was done and he was beginning to check me in, my uber driver came in. He couldn't exit the parking lot and drop off the other passenger until the gate was opened by this employee. The rudeness on part of this employee was so uncalled for. The driver was extremely polite and had been waiting for several minutes at that point with another rider in the car and this employee had zero sympathy. In fact as he was walking out the door muttered under his breath that when it's busy they have to wait. By the way, the gate is opened by a remote. It took 1 second to aim and press a button.
I had booked with a debit card aware of the policies for paying with a debit card, yet was unaware you had to reserve more than 24 hours in advance. As this was not stated anywhere. I was met with a cold "sorry to bad" attitude from this man and left. Oh wait he did ask if I needed a ride somewhere.
I went to thrifty at the airport and was greeted warmly with someone who had great customer service and wanted to actually help me.
