  • Like the other review I had my RV broken into. They broke into the drivers side window and ransacked the inside of the RV taking my TV's and causing a lot of damage. They never notified me that this happened. It apparently happened 3 weeks before i noticed it (i was out of town). They told me that it was kids from the skate park who cut through the metal fence. They said they 'slipped through' the cameras so nothing saw them. This happened right before my renewal and when i asked if i could get a couple of months off for the troubles they declined and promptly billed me. So i promptly moved to another facility. Another thing about this place is that they had the same user code for EVERYONE for more than a year. I met 3 other people that mentioned they were given 'a temporary code'. That code was the same for everyone and never changed. The place is dirty, run down and not some place you should store anything valuable. It has refrigerators, dish washers, emptied out cars and more just laying around. People come and go throughout the night with nothing stopping them. Now to be fair to the business, they did have a new management take over right after my RV got broken into so it may be better now. It has been 3 months since i moved my RV from that place.
