  • Great brats, great beer selection, and great staff. What really stood out the most though was the flavor profile of the brats. I ordered the Greek brat and was blown away by how complex and lovely the flavors were. You can add additional toppings, but Im glad I went with the bartenders recommendation of just apricot chutney. I honestly could have just ate the sausage by itself and been just fine. I could have eaten three of them if I didnt have other places to try! The bun it comes on is really big. Like they use a mini hoagie bun instead of a regular hot dog bun. Its a good idea, especially when they load a bunch of stuff on it, but I didnt end up eating all of the bun anyways. The apricot chutney was sweet but not too sweet. Almost like a sweet relish but not at all dilly. They have a great rotating lineup of draft craft beers. There's a good variety of all sorts. Either way, you wont be disappointed in what this place offers.
