  • I'm sooooo glad this one opened up. We have been going to JT Boba House because it was the only option. I ordered the Durian smoothie with boba - it's by far the best durian smoothie I've had since leaving the OC. It was perfectly made... not too sweet, creamy with the perfect durian flavor. My boyfriend doesn't like durian - well, the smell, and he enjoyed my drink! The girl helping us was very friendly and knowledgable. She answered all of our questions with a smile which was a nice change from JT Boba House. They have tea, slushies, smoothies, vietnamese desserts, halo halo, appetizers (fish balls, shrimp balls, lobster balls, wings, egg rolls, spring rolls, etc) and even Macaroon by Binh. Half way through our drink and not even home yet!
